BEFORE YOU ORDER
We ship our products directly from Sweden with trackable delivery via PostNord, which later hands over the packages to USPS after leaving Sweden. Delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days. Shipping time can vary based on location.
If the package is too large to fit in your mailbox, a notification will be sent, and the recipient will need to collect it from a designated service point.
If the item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will propose a new delivery time. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you regarding your order. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns!
We will do everything we can to prevent any damage on the products. BUT we are not responsible for chocolate melting or damaging product during shipping. We do not offer special packaging or bags to prevent this. Please note that temperature fluctuations during transport may affect the condition of the product.
